Managing a busy clinic behind the scenes is no small feat, nor is being Dr. Greg’s 24-7 business consultant. Together they make sure that the clinic is working on vision and mission.
Carole is originally from the Sudbury area and after getting engaged to Dr. Greg moved to Owen Sound in 2004. When their daughter Abby was born with Down Syndrome, Carole decided to leave her career as a Dental Hygienist and concentrate on Abby's early development. This new path has brought many wonderful people into their lives and inspired them to start the Grey Bruce Down Syndrome Association with the purpose to create a community of support for families and bring awareness for individuals living with Down Syndrome. Carole is also a volunteer member of the Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) in the Separate School Board.
Another one of her passions is helping others improve their health and bringing their body back into balance through healthy weight loss, nutritional supplementation and cleanse coaching using a world-class and well researched company called Isagenix. Carole offers this service through the clinic, online and pretty much anywhere her phone and laptop goes. Our Front Desk and Administrative Assistant in our clinic is much like being a quarterback with eight arms. Tracey is our beloved quarterback, meeting and greeting patients as they come and leave for their chiropractic care, scheduling appointments, holding babies, answering phones, keeping patients schedules organized and assisting with all things financial and administrative.
Tracey grew up in the Owen Sound area, lived away for a few years, but then found herself back in her beloved home town of Owen Sound. She comes to us with over 10 years of office and administrative experience and spent the last 5 years running her own home-based business working with children.
Growing up in the performing arts, Tracey spent much of her youth as a competitive dancer in various disciplines. In addition, she was a member of the Roxy Theatre Group, as well as a part of a travelling theatre group putting on performances across Ontario. One of her highlights was performing at Walt Disney World in Orlando.
Health and wellness has always played an important role in Tracey's life. When she is not following her children and husband to hockey or lacrosse practice, she enjoys spending her free time in the outdoors with her Malamute Niko. Running, hiking, paddle boarding and cross-country skiing are just a few of her interests.
